Fast delivery!

Great work - fantastic online service for the Moen kitchen faucet collection. Shipped quickly - all detail boxes ticked - tracking number was easy and handy. No issues at all, and Big Brown [UPS] delivered it right on time.

I dropped $137 on a new hose and nozzle for my faucet. You sent it through UPS. Last Thursday, 3-26, UPS handed it off to the local USPS. I still haven't gotten it, and nobody seems to have a clue where it ended up. Why not pick a delivery service that will actually get the product to the customer's doorstep? Now I'm out $137 with no way to hold anyone responsible, since there's no option to insure the order.

My experience with your online store was okay. However, the item I received didn't meet my expectations. I was after the older model K-4652-A-O Toilet Seat from around 15 years back, which was way better and way more comfy to use.

Delivery arrived at my place in perfect condition. But, the tub faucet assembly was missing item 'J' (the alignment pin) from the Moen faucet box. This isn't Hausera's fault, but I expected better from Moen.

I had a great time exploring your site; finding what I needed was quite easy. The product quality really caught me off guard in a good way. You folks might not be the lowest priced out there, but you’re definitely worth every cent. Awesome work, I’ll definitely shop with you again.

I ended up ordering two sets of faucets for a roman tub fixture and had to send one back to Hausera. The representative I spoke with was super nice and really helpful during the process. I’d definitely recommend your business in the future without a doubt.

UPDATE: right after I shared my review, a rep from Hausera got in touch to sort things out. They rushed another tub to me just in time for our ongoing remodel! The tub is stunning, and I really appreciated how quickly the company handled my issue without any fuss. So glad I can share this update with some positive news!

I’m hoping to provide another update soon, but I still haven’t received a tracking number after getting the purchase confirmation. My husband reached out to check on the delivery time since we need it for our bathroom remodel, and they said it would take 5-6 business days. Now it’s been 11 days with no word, so he called again and finally got the tracking number. We’re now left trying to track down our pricey purchase through UPS. Not feeling too great about this right now, especially since our bathroom remodel is set to kick off next week!

I bought a Delta faucet without the sprayer attachment, not realizing I couldn't use my old sprayer. After getting the item, I had to send it back and then order the one with the matching side sprayer. The customer service rep I spoke to was super friendly and really helpful, so we wrapped up the order, and within four days (including a weekend), the replacement arrived. I just got it installed today, and I'm really pleased with it. The whole experience was great, and I’ll definitely be shopping with Hausera again down the line.

Hausera offered a bar-sink / prep sink faucet that resembled the Kohler kitchen sink faucet we already owned. The search options were clear, making it simple to locate exactly what we needed without any hassle, and at a reasonable price. Plus, it arrived super fast with clear and precise updates.

I got a 24-inch towel bar, a double towel bar of the same size, and a towel ring to swap out the old ones in our bathroom. Really diggin' the brushed nickel finish. These bars and the ring are solidly built. Couldn't be happier with what I bought.

The faucet in that color/finish was no longer being made at the factory, but Hausera still had some in stock! We were keen on getting the same model since just the spray head was faulty, and I’m only looking to swap that part for the time being. Now I've got a complete new faucet ready for when the main unit needs fixing. Plus, it cost me less than what I originally shelled out for it from Kohler.
